Jenn Highsmith is a licensed CPA with more than 15 years of experience across public accounting, corporate finance, executive leadership, and outsourced advisory.

Throughout her career, she recognized that many businesses weren't looking for another accounting firm. They were looking for a trusted financial partner who could connect financial reporting, operations, and long-term business strategy. That belief became the foundation of Luxe Accounting & Consulting.

Today, Jenn works alongside founders, executive teams, and family-owned businesses as a strategic advisor, controller, and fractional CFO. She helps clients strengthen financial operations, build scalable systems, improve visibility into performance, and make informed decisions with greater confidence. She also collaborates closely with each client's broader network of tax professionals, attorneys, bankers, and wealth advisors, ensuring financial decisions remain aligned across every aspect of the business.

Rather than simply reporting on the past, Jenn believes finance should help shape the future. Her work combines technical expertise with practical business insight, delivered through the personalized relationships and thoughtful service that define the company.

Outside of work, Jenn enjoys coaching youth sports, cheering on one of her four children from the sidelines, and spending time with her family in Fernandina Beach. She believes the qualities that build great teams—preparation, communication, trust, and accountability—are the same qualities that build successful businesses.
